Terms and conditions
Work is supplied against a written scope agreed before it begins, with the price, deliverables and timeline set out in that document. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.
Payment terms, intellectual property ownership and support arrangements are stated in each engagement agreement. In general, on full payment the client owns the software built for them and receives documented handover.
Either party may end an engagement in the circumstances described in the agreement; work completed to that point remains payable.

We work to a defined quality and standards framework covering engineering practice, security controls, data handling and documented delivery, and we align our practices with recognised information security standards.
