How we scope it

That produces a written scope, a delivery timeline and a fixed price before development starts. If part of the idea is not worth building, we say so at that point rather than quietly billing for it.
Delivery runs in visible increments. You get a working environment early and use it while the rest is built, which surfaces the real requirements far faster than a specification document ever does.

Can you integrate with the systems we already run? Yes. Most builds connect to accounting, CRM, email or payment systems through their published interfaces, so your existing tools keep working and stop being islands of data.
What happens after launch? You get documented handover, and we can stay on for support and enhancements at an agreed monthly rate. Nothing obliges you to keep us — the system is yours.
