If you have ordered a Demo for one of our Conversational Assistants (ChatBots) it will be delivered from this page for which you will receive an access code.

  • Each Conversational Assistant is built on your data and may include content that is sourced from outside your website.
  • If your website has a database of products or services, this content will not be available in this demo as we would need a feed from your API.
  • The demo is available in this location while we work with you to refine it to give the correct answers to visitor questions. 
  • In the trial period, we also report your visitor questions and responses for review and work with you to further refine the performance.
  • The installation process is a small section of code installed on your web server to put the chatbot in the location you want it to appear. If you decide not to proceed, it can be removed without affecting your site. Installation is usually no more than a few minutes of work for any competent web designer.
